1. Shipping

We will arrange the shipment within 1–2 working days after you place your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package. Delivery times and shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the product. Detailed shipping information is provided on each product page.

2. Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges. This policy applies to all physical products purchased directly from hot-magic.com.

3. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. For hygiene and safety reasons, personal wellness products that have been used cannot be returned, unless found defective upon arrival.

4. Extended Return & Trial Programs

During special promotions, HotMagic may offer extended return periods or trial return programs. Specific terms (eligibility period, condition of the product, refund amount) will be clearly stated on the promotion page or at checkout. Products under a trial program may be returned after reasonable personal use, provided they meet the promotional conditions. A cleaning or restocking fee of 10–20% may apply. HotMagic reserves the right to decline returns showing excessive wear, damage, or misuse inconsistent with the trial policy.

5. Non-returnable Items

  • Downloadable or digital content (software, manuals, guides)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Final sale or bundled items

6. Refund Process

Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products. To request an exchange, contact info@hot-magic.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

8. Shipping Returns

Please initiate your return request via your account center on Hot-Magic.com before shipping the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value products, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. HotMagic is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
